Initial Consultation - Let’s talk about your goals and objectives first to see if we are compatible. Not everyone likes the same doctor, attorney, or accountant, so let’s have a general conversation to see if we’re compatible and if we are the right builder for you.
Builder Meeting - Once we have had our Initial Consultation, we will personally meet with you. During this meeting, we will physically inspect the lot, review boundary lines, grades/slopes, utilities, code requirements, and any other information necessary to help generate an accurate estimate for costs.
Budgeting/Financing - We partner with local lenders who specialize in new homes to find you the perfect loan that fits your financial needs. In addition to traditional construction loan financing, these lenders can offer streamlined financing solutions that convert to traditional mortgages at the end of the build period. We will help you get it done.
Home Design - Our Draftsman can help you select from a portfolio of new homes and our design consultants will help select options in designing your home. If you have your own plans, we would be happy to take a look.
Contract Review - After reviewing your site plan, home plans, and confirming costs, the next step is to sign your builder sales agreement and to make your initial deposit.
Permitting Process - We take care of all permitting and make sure all Local, County, State, and Federal regulations are being adhered to.
Construction - Planning and organization is our number one priority to ensure that your new home project is a success. We use technology to keep you informed and keep our sub-contractors on schedule. Unlike some builders, who only serve as an intermediary between you and certain sub-contractors, we will be involved in every aspect of the construction process.
New Home Orientation - This is where we introduce you to your new home. Our trade contractors provide a one year workmanship and material warranty. We also provide a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW) which is the industry’s leading home warranty company.

This also helps with budgeting as a Market Ready Home allows for a variety of mortgage options. We only specialize in building new homes and do not offer remodel or renovation services.

Yes. Our unique company set-up allows us to offer real estate brokerage services. We can help determine your current home’s value and create a marketing strategy and timeline for you to sell. AHC New Homes is currently building new homes in Maryland and Pennsylvania. We try not to stretch our boundaries so to not jeopardize the building process. Our “Best” pricing consists of subcontractors that we work with on a consistent basis. Staying local and working with subcontractors that are locally owned provides us with professional craftsmanship backed up by warranties and guarantees protecting your new home project.
We work closely with local lenders to find you the perfect loan that fits your financial needs. Our local lenders offer incentives and loans with some of the best terms and conditions. Market Ready Homes allow for more mortgage options rather than your typical construction loan. We accept VA, FHA, and many other types of mortgage loan options. We can also finance the total build including lot purchase and construction costs.
